Fall in upstream energy prices bring down benzene trends

Benzene prices went down in Asia yesterday due to decline in upstream energy prices and upstream product prices.

In Korea, prices were assessed at US$ 1385/ton yesterday, as compared to US$ 1405/ton on Wednesday (23^rd July, 2014).

In Japan, prices were spotted at US$ 1390/ton yesterday, lower by US$ 20/ton as compared to Wednesday.

In India, prices were at US$ 1395/ton yesterday, vis-à-vis US$ 1415/ton on Wednesday.
