Asian propylene up last week from upstream gains

Propylene prices increased in Asia in the last week ending Feb 20 from gain in upstream product prices in the region. 
 
In Korea, average prices went up by US$ 25/ton or 3.01 per cent and were quoted at US$ 855/ton last week, as compared to its previous week. 
 
In Japan, average prices rose by US$ 35/ton and were assessed at US$ 845/ton last week, up 4.32 per cent as against its previous week.
 
In SE Asia, average prices grew by US$ 30/ton and were offered at US$ 845/ton last week from its previous week, an increase of 3.68 per cent. 
 
In India, average prices ascended by US$ 30/ton or 3.68 per cent from its previous week and were spotted at US$ 845/ton last week. 
 
In China, average prices mounted by US$ 40/ton or 4.57 per cent and were quoted at US$ 915/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
