Asian benzene rises last week from tight availability

Asian benzene prices rose in the last week ended Feb 27 from tight product availability in the region.

In Korea, average prices went up by US$ 10/ton or 1.52 per cent and were quoted at US$ 670/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.

In Japan, average prices ascended by US$ 10/ton and were spotted at US$ 675/ton last week, up 1.50 per cent from its previous week.

In India also, average prices expanded by US$ 10/ton and were offered at US$ 680/ton last week, an increase of 1.49 percent as against its previous week.
