Asian benzene prices dip on March 16 from sluggish demand

Asian benzene prices dipped on Monday (March 16) from lower upstream and downstream product prices and sluggish downstream demand coupled with decline in upstream energy prices.

In Korea, prices were spotted at US$ 740/ton on Monday, lower by US$ 30/ton as compared to prices at seen at end of last week.

In Japan, prices were assessed at US$ 745/ton on March 16, down by US$ 30/ton as against prices towards end of last week.

In India, prices were quoted at US$ 750/ton on Monday, also lower by US$ 30/ton from prices witnessed at end of last week.
