Asian propylene falls from insipid sentiments last week

Propylene prices fell in Asia in the last week ending March 20 from insipid market sentiments.

In Korea, average prices went down by US$ 25/ton or 2.46 per cent and were assessed at US$ 990/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.

In Japan, average prices too dipped by US$ 15/ton and were offered at US$ 1005/ton last week, down 1.47 per cent from its previous week.

In SE Asia, average prices also declined by US$ 10/ton and were spotted at US$ 1005/ton last week, a decrease of 0.99 percent as against its previous week.

In India, average prices descended by US$ 20/ton or 1.97 per cent from its previous week and were quoted at US$ 995/ton last week.

In China, average prices decreased by US$ 30/ton or 2.97 per cent and were assessed at US$ 1045/ton last week, as compared to its previous week.
