Asian PTA prices inched up on Monday (March 23) from higher upstream product prices and increase in prices of other polyester feedstock.

In SE Asia too, prices were spotted at US$ 655/ton on March 23, up by US$ 5/ton as against prices seen at end of previous week.
In India, prices were seen at US$ 660/ton on Monday, also higher by US$ 5/ton from prices towards end of last week.
In China, prices were quoted at US$ 625-630/ton on March 23, here too up by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices at end of last week.
