Asian benzene prices expanded on Monday (April 6) from hike in downstream product prices and upstream product prices.

In Japan, prices were spotted at US$ 790/ton on April 6, up by US$ 10/ton or 1.3 per cent as against prices seen towards end of last week.
In India, prices were witnessed at US$ 795/ton on Monday, also higher by US$ 10/ton from prices at end of previous week.
