Asian PTA prices went up on Monday (April 20) from hike in other polyester feedstock prices and upstream product prices in the region.

In SE Asia, prices were spotted at US$ 750/ton on April 20, up by US$ 5/ton as against prices at end of the previous week.
In India, prices were quoted at US$ 755/ton on Monday, also higher by US$ 5/ton from those seen towards end of last week.
In China, prices were witnessed at US$ 725/ton on April 20, here too up by US$ 5/ton as compared to prices at end of previous week.
