Propylene prices up in Europe but stable in US last week

Propylene prices went up in Europe in the last week ended April 24 led by gain in upstream energy prices in the region. However, due to ample availability, they stayed steady in the US.

In Europe, average prices mounted by € 55/ton or 5.64 per cent and were quoted at € 1030/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.

In US, average prices were stable and were quoted at 30 cents/pound in the last week as against its previous week.
