Asian benzene climbs last week from upstream price gain

Asian benzene prices climbed in the last week ending April 24 from gain in upstream product prices in the region.

In Korea, average prices grew by US$ 25/ton or 2.94 per cent and were quoted at US$ 875/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.

In Japan, average prices ascended by US$ 25/ton and were assessed at US$ 880/ton in the last week, up 2.92 per cent as against its previous week.

In India, average prices expanded by US$ 25/ton and were offered at US$ 885/ton in the last week, an increase of 2.91 per cent from its previous week.
