Asian propylene up from strong sentiments last week

Propylene prices went up in Asia in the last week ended June 12 from strong market sentiments.

In Korea, average prices rose by US$ 15/ton or 1.60 per cent and were quoted at US$ 955/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.

In Japan, average prices grew by US$ 15/ton and were assessed at US$ 945/ton in the last week, up 1.61 per cent from its previous week.

In SE Asia, average prices climbed by US$ 20/ton and were spotted at US$ 950/ton in the last week, an increase of 2.15 per cent as against its previous week.

In India, average prices ascended by US$ 20/ton or 2.15 per cent from its previous week and were offered at US$ 950/ton in the last week.

In China, average prices expanded by US$ 10/ton and were witnessed at US$ 1000/ton in the last week, up 1.01 per cent as compared to its previous week.
