Tuesday: Asian PTA prices inch up

Due to improvement in buying trend in Asia on Tuesday, PTA prices increased in the region.

PTA prices in FE Asia grew US$ 5/ton on Tuesday to a total of US$ 1020/ton as against US$ 1015/ton on Monday.

In SE Asia, PTA prices edged up by US$ 5/ton while settling at US$ 1040/ton on Tuesday in comparison to US$ 1035/ton on Monday.

On Tuesday, India registered PTA prices at US$ 1050/ton from US$ 1045/ton on Monday.
