French workwear clothing brand Mulliez-Flory has selected Gerber Technology's YuniquePLM to manage its entire value chain, from creation to delivery.

For nearly 200 years, Mulliez-Flory has been a key player in Europe's professional wear industry, outfitting over a million workers every year in the automotive, travel, food, energy, public services, agriculture, hospitality and human services industries. In order to unify its teams and processes, Mulliez-Flory turned to YuniquePLM, Gerber Technology said.

“We produce, on average, over 3,500 prototypes every year across more than 30 manufacturing facilities,” said Mulliez-Flory CEO Jacques Gindre. “Communication between our production and design teams with our vendors is absolutely crucial. YuniquePLM will enable us to reduce sample creation time and reduce errors across all of our sites,” he added.

“We are thrilled to work alongside one of the most seasoned companies in France. With our team of industry experts in France and Europe, we are able to deliver the most innovative solutions as well as responsive support,” said Bill Brewster, vice president and general manager of Gerber's Enterprise SW.

“By having information and communication in one location, companies of all sizes are able to reduce errors, miscommunication and ultimately increase their speed to market,” said Brewster.

Founded in 1824, Mulliez-Flory ships over 7.5 million pieces per year and boasts over 10,000 active customers. (RKS)
