“Our volumes of product development and customer specified projects have increased greatly over the past few years. The existing administrative systems were not sufficient to satisfy our growing needs. Previously, the systems were not compatible with one another, as information had to be transmitted manually between systems. This was extremely time consuming, and the possibility for errors was substantial,” said Taru Jokinen, product concept manager at Lindstrom.
“As we operate in many countries, we must diligently react and respond quickly to our customers' needs. YuniquePLM has supported this objective, helping Lindstrom to unify and streamline their processes,” Jokinen added.
“We have been able to create a standardized process enabling daily tasks to be run quickly, consistently and with improved flexibility. The system enables us to manage our products and our collections throughout their entire lifecycle. YuniquePLM is now used by all of our teams and partners,” he said.
