The lack of improved buying interest from consumer industries and exporters contributed to the weak trend. A Trader from Ludhiana market told Fibre2Fashion, “The market has not yet seen the end of the bearish tone. Buyers remain reluctant to make new deals as they do not anticipate an improvement in fabric purchasing.”
