PC, poly spun yarn prices steady in India; but viscose rises further

The Ludhiana market saw a steady trend in PC yarn and poly spun yarn prices, hovering at previous levels. A trader from Ludhiana told Fibre2Fashion, “The demand from the weaving industry was average, and buyers were keen to buy yarn for immediate needs. However, demand is expected to improve in the coming weeks.” 

PC yarn steadied amid average demand from the downstream industry, and poly spun yarn remained stable at previous prices. In Ludhiana, ** count PC combed yarn (**/**) traded at &#****;***-*** per kg (GST inclusive), and ** count PC carded yarn (**/**) sold at &#****;***-*** per kg.
