Polyester, PC yarn prices drop in India, viscose witnesses mixed trend

The Ludhiana market noticed a bearish trend in PC and polyester yarn prices. Consequently, polyester and PC yarn prices declined by &#****;*-* per kg since last week. A trader from the Ludhiana market told Fibre2Fashion, “The market is facing weak demand and a liquidity crisis in the current bearish market. A shortage of shipping containers has also added problems for the textile value chain. Exporters are struggling with shipment containers. Higher container freight charges are also troubling the yarn trade.”
