The Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG has extended the Management Board mandate of Thomas G. Winkler (Chief Financial Officer) for further three years until the end of March 2016.
Thomas G. Winkler (49) has been a member of the Lenzing AG Management Board since April 1, 2010. He is responsible for Global Finance, Global Information Technology, Global Purchasing, Investor Relations, Legal Management as well as Risk Management.The Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG has extended the Management Board mandate of Thomas G. Winkler (Chief Financial Officer) for further three years until the end of March 2016.

As a result of this decision, the Management Board of Lenzing AG will continue to consist of Peter Untersperger (Chairman and CEO), Friedrich Weninger (COO) and Thomas G. Winkler (CFO).
