Brand Factory, the apparel discount retail chain of Future Group is aiming to more than treble revenue at Rs 3,500 crore by fiscal 2020, as against a turnover of Rs 950 crore, which the retail chain reported in fiscal 2016. Brand Factory plans to accomplish this goal by investing Rs 150 crore over the next three years to open 40 new stores across the country.

“We will be expanding our footprint in cities in which we already operate, while also expanding to new cities, where we do not have a presence,” Brand Factory CEO Suresh Sadhwani was quoted as saying by a news agency.

Brand Factory currently manages 50 outlets in 22 cities and aims to open 10 more stores by the end of the current fiscal and offers discounts of up to 70 per cent discount across the year on around 200 brands. (AR)
