Beginning October, leading omni-channel US retailer Kohl’s will offer free returns for Amazon customers at 82 stores across Los Angeles (LA) and Chicago. Kohl’s will pack and ship eligible Amazon return items for free at those select stores to offer more convenience to such customers, who can also use designated parking spots near the store entrance.
