China's market sales steadily grew in the first half, retail sales of consumer goods totaled 8.5833 trillion Yuan, an increase of 16.8 percent year on year, according to National Bureau of Statistics.
Of which, retail sales of textiles, garments, shoes and caps amounted to 372.7 billion Yuan from January-June, an increase of 23.9 percent year on year.
In the month of June alone, retail sales of textiles, garments, shoes and caps registered 57.5 billion Yuan, up 24.6 percent year on year.
