UK gets first Smart Turnout pop up shop

Menswear heritage label Smart Turnout launches for the first time in the UK with a preppy pop up shop at Selfridges London, just in time for Father's Day.

The pop-up will feature the brand's much-coveted accessories range of bags, bow ties, braces and belts, as well as watches, socks and cufflinks in the traditional spirit of Father's Day gift ideas.

Smart Turnout is the brainchild of former Scots Guards officer Philip Turner. Having had his racing colours knitted for the Grand Military Gold Cup at Sandown, Philip looked to source a quality jumper in his regimental colours. Unable to find a retailer, he set out to make his own and it wasn't long before his attire caught the eye of his fellow Guardsmen. Soon, Philip was producing not only jumpers, but ties, socks and a whole host of accessories.

True British champion, Smart Turnout accessories are designed and produced to the highest standard in the UK. With the Olympics and the Diamond Jubilee upon us, 2012 looks set to be one of the most influential years for Britain, and Smart Turnout aims to keep flying the flag for British heritage style.
