Mahindra Retail to integrate ecommerce business on Babyoye

Mahindra Retail is planning to integrate all its ecommerce business on single website Babyoye.com, a portal targeting infants and kids’ products acquired by it this year.
 
Momandmeshop.in, which Mahindra Retail currently operates, will cease to exist in the medium term, once it is integrated into Babyoye.com, a news agency reported.
 
Simultaneously, the company will also expand its footprint in the brick-and-retail market by opening around 50 Mom & Me stores next fiscal, majority of them through the franchise route.
 
At present, Mahindra Retail has 115 Mom & Me stores, which sell a range of maternity and babycare items.
 
According to the report, Mahindra Retail is also exploring the option of widening its product range by offering Mom & Me’s maternity wear collection on Babyoye.com.
 
Further, it is also planning to have a common loyalty programme for both Babyoye.com and Mom & Me.
