Les Tissus Marey choleric on breach of copy right

French fabric Company Les Tissus Marey alleged that Lisa Ho Retail and Lisa Ho Designs have reproduced and sold company's print without its permission.

Federal Court judge Justice Mark Weinberg issued a statement that Les Tissus Marey had created the original designs.

Weinberg added that company has appointed only one clothing designer or manufacturer in given country for exclusiveness of the print.

In Australia, Les Tissus Marey has given rights to Sportsgirl to use that print

Les Tissus Marey stated that print was an original work and consisted copy right subsist.
