Million dollar expansion for Thousand Oaks shopping mall!

The Oaks shopping center in Thousand Oaks, a city in Ventura County is experiencing an expansion of $100-million.
The major draw in the refurbished mall will be a full-service Nordstrom department store, an open-air marketplace for fashion retailers along with a 14-screen movie theater.
Well known companies like Abercrombie Kids, Guess jeans, J. Crew and Planet Funk, denim store and JCPenney have already announced their tenancy in the renewed mall.
The up gradation of the Oaks shopping center including its interior began on Thursday will be completed by the end of 2008.
