Similarly, retail trade sales, at constant (2000) prices for the period January to August 2005 increased by 5,9% compared with the period January to August 2004. Retail trade sales, at constant (2000) prices for August 2005 increased by 7,2% compared with August 2004.
Wholesale trade sales increase in real terms
Wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for the three months ending August 2005 increased by 3,7% compared with the three months ending August 2004. Seasonally adjusted wholesale trade sales, at constant (2000) prices, for three months ending August 2005 showed an increase of 5,5% compared with the previous three months.
