KENTWOOL gains traction in the golf apparel market

The high-tech golf sock product can now be purchased by the public via the company's on-line sales site which launched on February 1st of this year, KENTWOOLTOUR.com, or at a very select collection of highly-rated championship golf clubs around the United States. According to Gil Patrick, “Our socks can now be purchased at some of America's best golf clubs and resorts from coast to coast, including The Greenbrier, The Broadmoor, The Cliffs, and Mayacama Golf Club in Santa Rosa, California.” Patrick confirmed that he expects several additional clubs to be added to the exclusive KENTWOOL retail family, while acknowledging that the bulk of sales are being achieved via the company's online sales site – KENTWOOLTOUR.com – as expected.

In just the first 2 months, KENTWOOL sold its high-end performance product to buyers in 38 states – and registered its first international online sale in mid-April. Top sellers include the Men's Tour Profile in natural, the Men's Tour Standard in black, and the Women's Tour Profile, with prices starting at $19.95 for the innovative performance sock that is air-infused with super fine merino wool yarn. KENTWOOL's next major marketing & promotional event will be its active participation and high-profile presence in the BMW Charity Pro-Am and Nationwide Golf Tournament the week of May 10th at several top Western Carolina golf venues – including Thornblade and Carolina Country Clubs in Greenville-Spartanburg, and Bright's Creek in Mill Springs, NC.
