Superdry Plc, the UK-based branded clothing company has announced that Nick Gresham has decided to step down from its board as chief financial officer with immediate effect. A search for a permanent replacement will start while interim arrangements are put in place. Superdry sells design affordable, premium quality clothing, accessories and footwear.

"Gresham joined Superdry at a time of significant change and challenge in the business. He has played an important role in putting the company in a stronger position than it was before he joined and helped to steer Superdry through the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic," said Superdry CEO Julian Dunkerton.

Following Gresham's resignation, the board of Superdry has proposed to withdraw resolution six, relating to his re-election as a director, at the AGM of the company, scheduled for October 22, 2020.
