It increased by 25.43 per cent on the December 2024 figure and on a twelve-months moving averages basis, it rose by 38.36 per cent in the month.
The CPI for clothing and footwear rose by 9.8 per cent YoY and 3.92 per cent MoM in the month, a Turkstat release said.
The CPI excluding unprocessed food, energy, alcoholic beverages, tobacco and gold increased by 3.34 per cent MoM and 32.86 per cent YoY in the month. It increased by 25.94 per cent on the December 2024 figure, and on a twelve-months moving averages basis, it rose by 37.85 per cent.
