The headline inflation in rural areas was 0.10 per cent in November, as per the provisional data, while it was minus 0.25 per cent in October, according to final data.
Headline inflation in urban areas saw an increase from 0.88 per cent in October to 1.40 per cent (provisional) in November.
YoY fuel and light inflation rate for November was 2.32 per cent (provisional); it was 1.98 per cent for October, according to final data.
The inflation rate for clothing and footwear was 1.49 per cent in November—1.79 per cent for clothing and minus 0.11 per cent for footwear, a release from the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation said.
