However, shops selling consumer electronics, white goods, furniture, home furnishings and do-it-yourself products, kitchens and flooring had lower turnover than twelve months previously.
Web shops recorded a turnover decrease of 0.7 per cent. Multi-channel retailers achieved 12.9 per cent higher turnover in online sales.
Online turnover of clothing and fashion items, of food and personal care products and of other non-food products was higher in July compared to July 2021, CBS added.
