Feb Polish retail sales at constant prices up 6.1% YoY, down 0.9% MoM

After eliminating seasonal factors, such sales in February this year were up by 2.9 per cent MoM.

In January-February 2024, such sales increased YoY by 4.6 per cent compared to a YoY decrease of 1.9 per cent in the corresponding period last year.

Online retail sales at current prices grew by 5.1 per cent YoY in February this year.

The share of online sales in total sales decreased slightly to 8.6 per cent in February compared with 8.7 per cent the corresponding month last year, an official release said.

The share of online sales of textiles, clothing and footwear in the total sales in the sector increased from 22.1 per cent in February last year to 24.8 per cent in in the same month this year.
