Turkish textile-RMG-footwear retail sales volume drops 0.9% YoY in Aug

• Turkish trade sales volume rose by 5.3 per cent YoY and 2.9 per cent month on month (MoM) in August.
• Wholesale trade sales volume increased by 3.1 per cent YoY and 3.5 per cent MoM, while retail trade sales volume increased by 13.3 per cent YoY and 2.2 per cent MoM in the month.
• Retail sales volume of textile, clothing and footwear fell by 0.9 per cent YoY and rose by 0.8 per cent MoM in August.
