Turkiye's confidence index in retail trade falls 1.9% in Nov 2023

The seasonally-adjusted confidence index in Turkiye’s retail trade sector was 111.7 in November this year, a decrease of 1.9 per cent from the October figure, according to the Turkish Statististical Institutute (Turkstat).

In the retail trade sector, the confidence index for business activity-sales over the past three months was 116.4 during November—a fall of 3.3 per cent month on month (MoM).

The index for current volume of stock in retail trade was 95.4, the same as the October figure, while the index for business activity-sales expectation over the next three months was 123.4—a 2.1-per cent drop from the October figure, as per Turkstat.
