The joint venture between the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) and Macerich, another Santa Monica-based real estate investment trust, launched on September 19 Fashion District Philadelphia, a curated, inclusive, accessible and convenient downtown destination that blends shopping, dining, entertainment and culture for everyone.
