India has decided to impose 108 percent anti-dumping duty on Chinese silk fabrics; hence Chinese companies have deplored this decision of Indian government.

Indian government argued that last month, Chinese silk manufacturers exported silk at very low price, and consequently Indian silk industry suffered.

To avoid this situation, India has planned to levy 57 to 108 percent temporary tax on Chinese silk fabrics' exporters, media sources reported.
