India's Himadri Speciality acquires Elixir Carbo for $0.88 mn

The acquisition was completed through the purchase of equity shares from the existing shareholders. Consequently, Elixir Carbo Private Limited has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd with effect from April 22, 2025, the company said in an NSE listing.

This development follows the company’s initial disclosure on April 21, 2025, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further details, as required under SEBI norms, were submitted to the stock exchanges through the company’s earlier communication.
