Shivtek Spechemi Industries Ltd has announced a ₹650 crore (~$76.1 million) investment to establish two advanced manufacturing units in Gujarat (near Hazira port) and Rajasthan. The expansion will raise its total production capacity from 1,50,000 MTPA to 6,50,000 MTPA.
Beyond scale, the move aims to localise capabilities, create over 500 skilled jobs, and pioneer India's first production of high-grade chlorinated compounds—boosting import substitution and global competitiveness, the company said in a LinkedIn post.
The company reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability, performance, and long-term value creation.
