A webinar will be held to demonstrate the use of a updated version of ‘Fair Labor Toolkit’ which was originally developed by the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) Social Responsibility & Fair Labor Working Group.

The Fair Labor Toolkit was originally developed by the OIA Social Responsibility & Fair Labor Working Group, individuals from Outdoor Industry Association member companies who worked for several years to create a code of conduct for operating supply chains responsibly, safely and respectfully.

The original Fair Labor Toolkit has been revised to create an updated tool, the Social Responsibility Toolkit. The Toolkit represents a code of conduct and a variety of strategies for not only monitoring supply chain labor standards compliance, but moving beyond compliance to build a robust Social Responsibility Program that can be adapted to suit a range of companies and suppliers.

The information and tools offer a mechanism for your company to understand where there are labor compliance violations in your supply chain so you can work to eliminate them. During this webinar, Mary Bean from Columbia Sportswear Co. and Nicole Bassett from prAna will walk you through the new toolkit and how it can be used in your company.
