Donaldson names Douglas Milroy to board of directors

Milroy has bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and has earned MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Milroy holds the position of chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of G&K Services, a service-focused market leader of branded uniform and facility services programmes. He served as the company's president of direct purchase and business development, prior to becoming CEO of G&K Services.

Earlier he held the senior management positions with Ecolab Inc, FMC Corporation, and McKinsey & Company.
