HB Fuller has won the first ever Outlook Asia Award instituted by EDANA, the European association for the nonwovens and related industry, for its CHM-1088ZP core adhesive.

Patricia Featherstone, chair of the EDANA Board of Governors announced HB Fuller as the winner of the Award during the final day of the Outlook Asia conference.
Earlier, following selection of HB Fuller and Mobi-Air as finalists for the Award, conference delegates were given the final opportunity to select the company.
The delegates were supposed to pick their choice on the basis of which product they felt, best met the needs of the nonwovens and personal care products supply chain, or consumer needs.
“We congratulate HB Fuller and their core adhesive as the first-ever winner of the Outlook Asia Award. It was an incredible close result, highlighting the innovative nature of the nonwovens and related industries,” said Patricia Featherstone.
She added, “We also recognise Mobi-Air as the runner-up, and wish them the best of luck in delivering their filtration solution to the industry.”
EDANA believes that the Outlook Asia conference was the perfect time to point the spotlight back on the industry.
Alongside, it also give companies the opportunity to highlight their latest developments, and what products or services they had developed to meet the unique, but broad markets of Asia Pacific and Indian subcontinent, the trade body informs.
According to EDANA, Outlook Asia offers the nonwovens personal care products supply chain, access to and support in this leading region.
