Composite Materials Ltd renamed as Base Materials

In April 2012 Base Group Ltd acquired 100% of the shares of Composite Materials Ltd to complete the groups USP of being only company worldwide that controls the entire manufacturing cycle from polymer to 3D machined prototype/tool & mould.

As Base Group continues to expand and grow both domestically and internationally we wanted CML to be easily recognised as a part of the group. All other company details will remain unchanged as will the company values and the high level of service delivered to customers.
