CorpAcq acquires majority stake in UK-based Nonwovenn

CorpAcq has acquired a majority stake in Nonwovenn, a UK-based fabric technology business specialising in bespoke technical nonwoven materials.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Bridgwater, Somerset, Nonwovenn focuses on harm-reduction solutions for protective clothing and wound care. The company has a strong track record of profitability and innovation, with CorpAcq targeting further expansion in the technical fabrics sector.

“Nonwovenn is an outstanding business with a leading market position, strong growth prospects and a highly experienced management team. We look forward to establishing a long-term partnership with the Nonwovenn team as the business enters the next stage of its development,” Stuart Kissen, head of acquisitions, CorpAcq said in a LinkedIn post.
