Symbol offers women's retail store 'New Look' for Enterprise Mobility

Symbol Technologies Inc the Enterprise Mobility Company, and M-Netics, a leading provider of supply chain solutions, announced that New Look, the United Kingdom's third largest women's fashion retailer, has selected an enterprise mobility solution to help improve employee productivity.
New Look's mobility solution, which was rolled out across 530 retail stores, replaces traditional paper-based and manual operations on the store floor, freeing up employees to spend more time with customers. New Look has already equipped its employees with 1,300 Symbol MC3000 mobile handheld computers along with M-Netics' new ISIS suite of mobile software applications to help improve productivity through better stock management and quicker and more accurate price markdowns.
'New Look is delighted with the Symbol enterprise mobility solution that has provided increased productivity for their store staff who can now simply scan an item and find out product availability by size and color instead of searching through the stock room,' said Phil King, Project Manager of New Look. Symbol's MC3000 rugged handheld computer is a small, lightweight, ergonomic mobile computer designed to help increase productivity and offers flexibility for in-store and backroom data capture applications.
