Camex Limited, which is engaged in production of reactive dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes and
textile auxiliaries with its manufacturing facilities located at Ankleshwar in Gujarat, has entered into an agreement with China based Tianjin Yadong Longxin International Limited for selling exclusive dyes intermediates in India.

“Camex Ltd has entered in to a sole selling arrangement with Tianjin Yadong Longxin International Ltd in Republic of China for Indian market for the range of basic intermediates like H.acid, Tobias acid, Sulfo Tobias acid and J.acid,” the company said in a filing to the BSE.

The association would help Camex to exploit its present marketing network along with Tianjin Yadong Longxin's expertise to sell products in Indian market. It will help Camex to improve revenues and profitability in coming years.

Tianjiu Yadong Longxin is a manufacturer of dyestuff and dyestuff intermediates for last 20 years with their main products being direct fast dyes, solvent dyes, H.acid, Tobias acid, Sulfo Tobias acid and J.acid, etc which are primarily used for
wool, leather, printing ink, silk and dyes stuff manufacturing, etc. The company employs around 500 people and has an annual turnover exceeding $100 million. (RKS)
