Assam Petrochemicals Limited a company located in the eastern state of Assam is planning to set up a new methanol plant.
The plant will have a capacity to produce 500 tons of methanol per day says a statement on the website of Assam Petrochemicals.
The project which is currently under implementation is scheduled to be completed in 2014.
