The plant will remain shutdown from mid-September till October-end, a Tokuyama official told fibre2fashion.
He further informed that the plant is currently operating at 60-70 percent capacity and had to be shutdown between July 9 and 12 for a partial maintenance.
The Caustic Soda plant has a production capacity of 490,000 tons per annum.
