Line 5 produces HP textile full-dull chips with a single-stage VK-tube.
Line 6 produces film grade (BOPA) chips with a two-stage polymerization. The relative viscosity (RV) can be adjusted either by the VK-tube or by a SSP (solid state post condensation) process.
The seventh line, designed as a two-stage polymerization for engineering plastics and industrial yarn is also able to produce HP-textile chips, all with virgin caprolactam. According to the market requirement the line is also capable of processing 50% of the extract water from both plants using Uhde Inventa-Fischer's over-proportional refeeding process.
The last of the eight PA6-lines is designed for the production of engineering plastics, also based on Uhde Inventa-Fischer's over-proportional refeeding process and is carried out in a two-stage polymerization with an additional concentrator. The recovery concept guarantees the lowest possible caprolactam consumption.
The first Zig Sheng polymerization building was designed completely in the color yellow while the new second polymerization building is kept in deep blue. What color will Zig Sheng choose for its third polymerization building?
Uhde Inventa-Fischer's scope of services ranges from the initial feasibility study and financing to operation of the turnkey plant.
