Oil export duty at record levels

Oil export duty at record levels

From August 20, Russian Government has started charging record export quotas on petroleum products.
The Government directive has put the export duty on items like benzene, xylene, ethylene, propylene from $146.9 per ton to $158.1 per ton.
It has followed another directive which put oil export duty up to $216 per ton from $199.8 per ton effective from August 01.
