Vijay Anand textile factory in flames

Vijay Anand textile factory near Chandrayanagutta, Andhra Pradesh caught fire on May 14 around 6.30 in the evening resulting loss of property worth nearly Rs20 lakh.

Within few minutes, flames engulfed the godown of chemicals used for colouring clothes. Over 25 firemen struggled for over two hours to put out the fire.

It is reported that nobody was hurt in this disaster. Reason of the fire is yet unknown.

Vijay Anand textile factory is engaged in dyeing, drying and manufacturing of cloth.
